Mark Franzen, FSA, PhD, Principal and Managing Director
Mark was named Managing Director of Milliman IntelliScript when Milliman acquired IntelRx in April 2005. Mark had been the CEO of IntelRx since he co-founded it in 2001. Prior to IntelRx, he was the CEO of Infotrust, a health care technology and services company formed in 1995 as a subsidiary of Trustmark Insurance Company. Mark grew Infotrust to 160 employees, $20 million revenue and $2.5 million EBIT. The company was acquired in 2001 by another health care technology and services firm. Prior to 1995, Mark held actuarial and division financial officer roles with Trustmark. He earned his PhD in mathematics from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and spent his first three professional years as a Math Professor at UCLA.
Bob Nommensen, Principal and Director, Marketing and Sales
Bob was named Director, Marketing and Sales of Milliman IntelliScript when Milliman acquired IntelRx in April 2005. Bob had been Executive Vice President since he joined IntelRx in November of 2003. Prior to IntelRx, he had worked with Mark Franzen to create and build Infotrust. At Infotrust, Bob was Vice President responsible for marketing, sales and business partner relationships. He joined Infotrust’s new acquiring parent in 2001 as Vice President Sales. Prior to his entrepreneurial experiences, Bob worked in sales with IBM, consulting with Ernst & Young and also worked in operations and information systems with Abbott Laboratories. Bob holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
