Comprehensive clinical data, interpreted for decision-making

Curv’s condition reports leverage historical medical and pharmacy claims data, enriched by our predictive Curv score. Unlike raw, unenhanced data from other vendors, Curv’s reports provide meaningful, clinically and actuarially relevant interpretation—never just noise.

What you get in every condition report

  • Member impact overview: See the number of members affected by each condition category.
  • Benchmarking risk prevalence: Understand how common each condition is in your group, compared to similar-sized populations.
  • Curv risk scoring: Access both average and individual Curv scores to gauge severity and future risk.
  • Detailed diagnosis information: Review ICD-10 codes, descriptions, and service dates for all relevant conditions.
  • Medication and treatment insights: Get a complete list of medications and claim codes for treatments under both medical and pharmacy benefits.
  • Procedure data for complex conditions: For end organ, post-transplant, and psychiatric categories, procedure codes are included (with signed addendum).
  • Historical and predictive data: Two years of claims history inform the report; five years of data power the predictive Curv score.

Seven high-impact condition categories covered

  • Autoimmune disorders: E.g., multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis; includes immunosuppressant and biologic therapies
  • Cancer (solid organ and hematologic): Covers major cancers and treatments, excluding minor skin cancers
  • End organ disease: Heart, lung, liver, and kidney failure; includes advanced procedures and therapies
  • Genetic disorders: Cystic fibrosis, SMA, Gaucher disease; highlights gene therapies and specialty drugs
  • Nonmalignant hematology: Hemophilia, sickle cell, ITP; focuses on lifelong replacement and biologic therapies
  • Post-transplant conditions: Solid organ and hematopoietic transplants; includes immunosuppressive regimens and procedures
  • Severe psychiatric conditions: Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders; includes advanced psychiatric treatments

Built-in privacy and compliance safeguards

Deidentified, aggregated reporting: No exposure of individual-level data—protecting against reidentification and associated risks.
Minimum member thresholds: Detailed reports only shown if at least two members qualify; gender/age-specific diagnoses require at least five members in a subgroup.
Retrospective and predictive analytics: Reports are based on claims history, while Curv scores provide forward-looking risk assessment.
