- Benchmarking risk prevalence: Understand how common each condition is in your group, compared to similar-sized populations.
- Curv risk scoring: Access both average and individual Curv scores to gauge severity and future risk.
- Detailed diagnosis information: Review ICD-10 codes, descriptions, and service dates for all relevant conditions.
- Medication and treatment insights: Get a complete list of medications and claim codes for treatments under both medical and pharmacy benefits.
- Procedure data for complex conditions: For end organ, post-transplant, and psychiatric categories, procedure codes are included (with signed addendum).
