Milliman IntelliScript offers industry-leading risk management solutions to the insurance industry. Based in Milwaukee, the IntelliScript team has been a preferred vendor to insurance carriers since 2001.

IntelliScript is part of Milliman, Inc., which is based in Seattle. Milliman is among the world's largest providers of actuarial and related products and services. Founded in 1947, Milliman is an independent firm with offices in major cities around the globe. We are owned and managed by our Principals, whose selection is based on their technical, professional and business achievements.

Meet The Team

Mike Bishop, FSA, MAAA
Principal and Managing Director

Mike is a Principal and Managing Director for the IntelliScript practice. He joined IntelliScript in 2013 as an Actuarial Product Director and now leads IntelliScript’s Product, Predictive Modeling, Analytics and Information Security teams. Prior to Milliman, Mike worked at Anthem and Cigna. He has experience in health insurance pricing, financial forecasting, underwriting and risk management. He graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science. For fun Mike enjoys hiking, traveling, music and spending time with his family.

Angela Bolduc, MBA
Principal and Managing Director

Angela is a Principal and Managing Director for the IntelliScript practice. She has been with Milliman since 2007 and leads IntelliScript’s Account Management, Partnerships, Recruiting and Talent Management and Operations teams. Angela gained her expertise by working with insurance carriers since 2001. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Vassar College and earned her MBA from Northeastern University. In her free time Angela loves spending time with her family and coaching youth field hockey.

Mark Franzen, FSA, PhD
Principal and Managing Director

Mark was named Managing Director of Milliman IntelliScript when Milliman acquired IntelRx in April 2005. Mark had been the CEO of IntelRx since he co-founded it in 2001. Prior to IntelRx, he was the CEO of Infotrust, a health care technology and services company formed in 1994 as a subsidiary of Trustmark Insurance Company. Prior to Infotrust, Mark held actuarial and division financial officer roles with Trustmark. He earned his Ph.D. in mathematics from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and spent his first three professional years as a Math Professor at UCLA.

Marc Frydrychowicz
Principal and Managing Director

Marc is a Principal and Managing Director for the IntelliScript practice. He started as a consultant with IntelRx in 2004 and transitioned to Milliman IntelliScript in 2006. Marc oversees IntelliScript’s software and system development and maintenance. Prior to his time at Milliman, Marc consulted for a number of companies in the Chicago area. He earned several degrees in technology at the College of Lake County. Marc’s interests outside of work include spending time with his family, playing games, watching movies and skiing.

Chris Martin, MBA
Principal and Managing Director

Chris is a Principal and Managing Director for the IntelliScript practice. He has been with Milliman since 2007 and oversees IntelliScript’s Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Clinical teams. Prior to Milliman IntelliScript, he worked in software-as-a-service sales at Experian. Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, traveling, reading, live music and tabletop gaming.

Bob Nommensen, MBA
Principal and Managing Director

Bob was named Principal and Managing Director of Milliman IntelliScript in 2010. He joined Mark Franzen at IntelRx in November 2003 and was responsible for Marketing and Sales when Milliman acquired IntelRx in April 2005. Bob had been Executive Vice President since he joined IntelRx in 2003. Prior to IntelRx, he started Infotrust and built the company along with Mark Franzen as a health care information technology and services business. At Infotrust, Bob was responsible for marketing, sales and business partner relationships. Prior to his entrepreneurial experiences, Bob worked in sales with IBM, consulting with Ernst & Young, and operations and information systems with Abbott Laboratories. He holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
